Ruhango District has got many cultural groups made up mostly of the youth. These cultural groups usually entertain people especially in weddings, and when the district has received visitors from other places out of the district or government officials from the central government.

But there is still a problem of lack of training for these cultural group members so that they improve on there innovations and modernize there way of acting or dancing by including different styles and from different places and regions. This would attract more people to watch them including tourists.
