Planning Unit
Planning is prepared by staff based on the general needs of the population. Effective planning enables the District to achieve the commitments it has set in its annual budget. The planning process includes the performance contracts (Imihigo) that the District signs with the President of the Republic. At the end of the fiscal year, an evaluation is conducted to assess whether these targets have been achieved.
