Barakangurirwa gukora siporo kugira ngo barusheho kugira ubuzima bwiza

Ubu butumwa bwagarutsweho n’abayobozi banyuranye bitabiriye Siporo rusange (Sport de Masse) yabaye kuri iki cyumweru tariki ya 16 Ukwakira 2018 mu Mirenge yose y’Akarere ka Ruhango.

Umuyobozi w’Akarere wungirije ushinzwe imibereho myiza y’abaturage, Mukangenzi Alphonsine, wakoranye siporo n’abatuye mu Mujyi wa Ruhango, yabasabye gukunda gukora siporo, kandi bakabigira umuco.

Yagize ati “Turabakangurira gukunda gukora siporo kuko ituma umuntu agira ubuzima bwiza, ubuzima buzira umuze”.

Gukora siporo ngo birinda indwara z’umuvuduko w’amaraso uterwa n’ibinure byirunda mu mitsi bikabuza amaraso gutembera neza kugira ngo abashe kugera mu bice byose by’umubiri mu buryo bworoshye.

Umuyobozi w’Ikigo Nderabuzima cya Nyarurama giherereye mu Murenge wa Ntongwe, Habimana Israel, avuga ko iyo umubiri tuwuhaye amasukari (mu biribwa n’ibinyobwa) udakeneye gukoresha uyahindura ibinure ukabibika mu minsi, maze bigatuma umubyimba w’inzira y’amaraso uba muto, inzira igafungana.

Avuga kandi ko ibyo bituma umutima ukoresha imbaraga nyinshi kugira ngo ubashe kugeza amaraso mu bice byose by’umubiri, bigatera indwara z’umuvuduko w’amaraso (Blood pressure).
